01. The Challenge

ATcon needed a clearer way to define what the company stands for, both internally and externally. The challenge was to turn abstract values into something tangible, memorable and usable across the organisation.

02. The Insight

Strong external relationships start internally. If ATcon wants to be a trusted partner for clients and collaborators, that experience has to be rooted in the way the company works together.

03. The Concept

TEAM / MATE

TEAM defines how ATcon works internally:

Trust

Experience

Accountability

Momentum

MATE defines how that way of working should be experienced externally.

"When we succeed as a TEAM, we become the MATE our clients can rely on."

04. The Identity

A simple visual system was developed around the relationship between TEAM and MATE. The anagram became a central part of the concept, creating a memorable connection between internal culture and external perception. The identity was translated into a series of visual assets, including posters and animated presentations.

05. Applications

Internal culture

Onboarding, office environments and internal communication.

Brand & communication

LinkedIn, website, storytelling and tone of voice.

Business development

Presentations, proposals and client communication.

06. The Outcome

Presented to the board and approved for company-wide implementation.

TEAM/MATE became a shared framework for how ATcon communicates, collaborates and presents itself.
